Please read the following terms of sale and be sure that they are agreeable to you before you initiate any transaction with us.
Items sold are described as accurately as possible and are shown in the pictures. Plate number of a whole sheet delivered may differ from that shown in the scan. This happens when more than 1 item of the same sheet issue have been sold, since all sheets of a particular issue differ in their plate numbers.
Payments must be made or remitted within 7 days after purchase date. This applies particularly to customers sending their payment to me by mail. Please send email notice informing us of the date of mailing. For payments remitted or paid after this time, I reserve the right to relist and resell them. Payments through PayPal or Google checkout is safer, faster and allows delivery of your paid items sooner.
I accept returns within 15 days after receipt of the buyer of a bought item, if for some reason a sold item is not found satisfactory. Before sending back the item, please email me first of your intention to return, and state reason for intending to do so. I do not accept returns of items damaged in transit if the shipment has not been registered. I refund full cost of the item, or send a replacement if requested by the buyer and if permitted by available stock.
I am not responsible for loss of items shipped to buyers when registration has not been requested and paid for. Lost unregistered mail cannot be traced. Registration of bought items is suggested, if the cost of items is deemed substantial by the buyer. Transit of registered mail may be tracked through the internet. This may be important also when an item has been missent to a different address.
