Offered are 2 different singles issued to mark the celebration of October U.N. month for 2008 and features the visit of U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon whose portrait is shown in one of the stamps. The other stamp features Ki-Moon with Philippines president Macapagal-Arroyo. The stamps are in excellent condition, MNH.
