The Philippine School for the Deaf, established in 1907, is the oldest and largest among similar schools in the country. Offered is a block of 4 of the issue. The stamps show the school's building and has the inscription "Silence Speaks Beyond Barriers". The stamp is in excellent condition, MNH. (Click picture to enlarge).
